Chinese IP Data from Jan to Sep 2020
From January to September 2020, CNIPA accepted over 1.103 million patent applications, 2.133 million utility model applications and 561,000 design applications .There were 361,000 patents, 1.725 million utility models and 555,000 designs issueed in the past nine months.
From January to September 2020, CNIPA accepted 6.867 million trademark applications and there were 4.313 million registrations in the past nine months.
