2、 From February 17, 2020, the "seal for patent application acceptance" of the CNIPA is no longer used in the notice of patent application acceptance stage, the seal for patent examination of the State Intellectual Property Office instead.


3、 Since February 17, 2020, the Offices will no longer provide paper copies of patent electronic application notices and decisions; for the notices and decisions in the form of electronic documents issued by the CNIPA and without signature, if necessary, users of electronic application registration can The patent electronic application website requests to download the notice and decision with the electronic seal.


4、 Foreigners must appoint a Chinese agency to request for hard copies.
