China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) jointly decided to extend the CNIPA-CIPO Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot program for another three years from Sep 1, 2018 to Aug 31, 2021, with the relevant requirements and processes of the submission of PPH application of both offices unchanged.
